This is a culinary focused group adventure to The Big Easy.  Together we will explore a local craft brewery, nosh at specially chosen restaurants to experience the best in New Orleans cuisine, learn the haunted history of this fascinating city, and meet some new friends both dead and alive!

Last year we explored the Southern Caribbean, this year we will be exploring the Eastern Caribbean including stops in San Juan Puerto Rico, St Thomas, St. Maarten, Kathi's  beloved island of Tortola, and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, as well as two days at sea where we will be hosting private parties and events.  We will be Departing Fort Lauderdale Florida, and of course, reserving a  pre-cruise block of rooms and throwing our signature sailaway party the night of October 27.  We have reserved a large group of Aqua Class Staterooms with included drinks, wifi tips, priority embarkation, and private dinners at Blu restaurant as well as private concierge.  Cost is $1760 per person with $500 onboard credit. 

Your hosts will be disembarking a bit early to join the next group so we have arranged a special event for your day at sea to include a private aclove rentals with included cocktail and butler service as a special thank you for your understanding.

Join our group November 5-20, 2023 on our 16 day Bucketlist trip, sailing form Dubai to Singapore on the brand new ship from Virgin Voyages, the Resilient Lady. November 6-20, 2023 

In August of 2020 a brave (and exhausted) group of healthcare workers decided they had enough.  We all packed our bags and planted our butts down on a sunny, sandy beach in the beautiful Montego Bay Jamaica.  

What we learned is that those of you who work in EMS work hard and love to play harder.
