The 5 steps to planning the perfect trip
Step 1: Call or Email
Let’s schedule some time to talk. I want to get to know you and your travel style. What is the purpose of the trip? Who is traveling with you? What do you want to see and do – and how do you want to do it? Click the "I am ready" button and lets talk travel plans!
Step 2: Design
Based on your feedback, I will design and present you an itinerary. The itinerary will cover every aspect of your trip from flights to transfers, accommodations, maybe a cruise, as well as tours and activities. Once you are completely satisfied with the itinerary we move on to the next step.
Step 3: Reserve
Once you approve your trip and everything looks perfect, I will start to reserve the services we have decided on. We will provide you with a custom travel itinerary outlining every step of your trip. You can even view your trip in real time right from your phone!
Step 4: Go Make Memories
All of the heavy lifting has been done for you, so there is nothing left to do but pack your bags and GO!
Step 5: Share
We will never leave you hanging. We connect once more after you return from your vacation. I love to hear about my clients trips! Don't forget to take lots of pictures, we love to see those too!

Just like a doctor, dentist, contractor, hairstylist or any other person or company you may hire, a travel advisor is a professional.
If you have ever planned a trip, you know that careful planning takes time, LOTS of time.

Some types of vacations require hours, or even days of research and planning to make it absolutely unforgettable.
We take the time to learn who our clients are, and what they want to do with their precious vacation time.
Our fees include a carefully researched and well thought out vacation planning, tailored around your vacation goals, as well as your own personal style and quirks. We then provide you with an item by item itinerary that you can view online, print out, or carry in the palm of your hand on your phone. We make sure all the moving parts of your trip are in place before your departure date. During travel, we give you peace of mind knowing we are just a call or email away if you need us. After your trip we want to know how everything went. After all we are YOUR travel advisors, and we work hard to be sure your vacation is perfect so that you have nothing to do but pack a bag and enjoy.
While I do my best to minimize fees, sometimes it is essential, and I sincerely hope you respect my time, as much as I respect yours.
Fees will be clearly outlined after initial consultation.
